Spring Sports Clearance Instructions We’re excited to get Spring Sports underway at Monterey High School! To participate on any Spring Sports team, families must complete the Sports Clearance process through SportsNet. Follow these steps: Visit www.mhsgodores.com/sportsnet-registration Log in using your student’s ID number If you do not have the ID number, email cabila@mpusd.net Add the Spring Sport your student plans to participate in. Complete all required consent forms and electronic signatures. Enter current medical insurance information. Upload a valid physical form (signed and dated by a doctor). Physicals are valid for one year. If the file is too large, convert the one-page form to a JPEG or PNG for easier upload. Once completed, your student will be cleared to participate in Spring Sports.
